The location wasn't too far from the city, which was convenient. The staff was friendly, especially towards our young child. The room was spacious and had a large bed, which was comfortable to sleep on.
The A/C was only available in the room, not in the corridor. The swimming pool was not clean and the room service was poor.

This hotel has exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. The staff was helpful and the Thai-style buffet breakfast was great. The location was perfect, outside of the chaos. The warm pool with a shallow end and the sun terrace with sun loungers provided the ideal spot for relaxation. The room advantages such as the bath and shower and the balcony that opened up to the pool were impressive. The restaurant had delicious dinners and the bar/lounge area offered tasty poolside snacks.
We noticed only one minor issue. Although the hotel had an outdoor swimming pool, it was not very clean.

Great location with easy access to convenience stores and main attractions. The renovated facilities were nicely done and created a comfortable ambiance. The breakfast spread was diverse with some options that catered to European tastes.
The wifi connection was poor and kept disconnecting which was frustrating. The room service was not up to par and the staff at reception struggled with English, making communication difficult.

The hotel location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed and a spotless bathroom. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and attentive, making sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of Thai-style options and was delicious. Plus, the hotel had a great pool area and gym facilities.
The elevator was small and crowded at times, which was a minor inconvenience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always helpful, especially with my 7-month-old son. The location was convenient as 7 Eleven and a mini Big C were just in front of the hotel. The hotel provided transportation services, which helped me explore the city, and the hotel was close to the beach, just 10 minutes away. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was well maintained, and the hotel facilities were up to the mark.
Couldn't fault this hotel.
